Meet Daniel
I originally went to school to be a PE teacher, but found myself working work a porta potty company along the way. After eight years working in that business, I made the decision to start something of my own.
In our first four years in business, I scaled my portable toilet company to $5 million in annual revenue and 2,000 toilets on rent.
Along the way I was featured on CNBC Make It and I have built a YouTube channel of 10,000+ subscribers sharing my experience and educating others about this industry.
Why I Built This Course
When I started my portable toilet business, I already had almost 10 years of experience in the industry. I knew the operations side and I understood how the business worked. But even with all of that experience, I still made a lot of mistakes that cost me time and money. There are certain things in this business that you usually only learn the hard way through experience, because there was no other way to learn it. This course is changing that.
Over the past 4 years, I've spent a lot time figuring out what actually works, fixing mistakes, improving systems, and learning how to make better decisions with equipment, pricing, operations, and growth. I've also been able to visit and talk with other operators across the country, from companies with 100 toilets to companies with over 3,000 toilets, and I've learned a lot from seeing how different people run their businesses.
I have created the resource I wish I had when I started. My goal is to help you avoid the expensive learning curve, make better decisions from the beginning, and understand what it takes to start and grow.
